of Costa Rica it is also one of the most visited
National Parks. With  two white sand beach, emerald blue seas against a background of deep green tropical jungle with excellent walking trails that will allow the visitor to get glance at the different types of monkeys, a great opportunity to get some great bird-watching done and a great amount of hotels and Inn in all categories makes it a must for the tourist to visit. Manuel Antonio/Quepos are is very easy to access from San Jose driving time is approximately 3 hours the area has a small airport that had many daily flight from Sansa and travel air

The main attractions of this park are its two white, sandy beaches, Espadilla, Manuel Antonio, and the outstanding natural beauty of the area. The park includes 12 islands located a short distance from shore. Most of them lack vegetation and serve as excellent seabird sanctuaries. The are an especially important nesting site for the brown booby. The seas contain numerous dolphins and at times, migrating whales are sighted.

Flora & Fauna:
The dominant trees include black
locust (an endangered timber-yielding tree),
 balsa, monkey comb, bastard cedar
and mayflower, among others.
The fauna is diverse and some 109
 mammal species and 184 species
of birds have been spotted.
Of particular interest is the beautiful

 endangered species now restricted to a very small territory. From the beach, it is possible to see two-toed sloths, raccoons, white-nosed coatis, howler and white-faced monkeys, and squirrels. There is wide range marine flora and fauna. So far 10 species of sponge, 19 corals, 24 crustaceans, 17 algae's and 78 fish species have been identified.
