Day 02: Free day at the beach and overnight at select hotel. Manuel Antonio National Park: Except for Poas and Irazu Volcano National parks, this is the most popular in terms of tourism and total visitor entries. Its popularity with the tourist has evolved out of their love of beaches found in the region. Manuel Antonio provided a safe heaven for naturalists who want to compliment their stay by experiencing a lush tropical environment still inhabited by large parrots and confident mammals. Its beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the region with its rocky knolls and Spartan shore life, symbolic of regional forest. As stated, many of the key attractions like the primates and birds have become tolerant of visitors and usually maintain feeding postures as long as observers keep a safe distance. It's not uncommon to get within eight or ten meters of a troop of White-Faced monkeys or as close as fifteen or twenty meters to the  majestic Scarlet macaw. It's these experiences that make visitors talk to friends and recommend the park to naturalists. Several trails are available to visitors without guides through the wet forest and estuary tracts along the coastline. Water birds are usually in the lagoons within the estuaries in the early morning and late afternoon hours. Nearly two hundred species of birds have been located within the park and during migration, as many as sixty stopovers can be spotted.

Day 03: Transfer to the airport flight to San Jose transfer to hotel or airport. (if you would like to be transferred to another location within Costa Rica please tell us and we can arrange it, possibility extra cost.)
